Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods (new releases, sales, or holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you posted!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination at checkout.
International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at jackie@nightowl-co.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right!
